The above picture is of the Franklin Mountains, The Franklin Mountains extend into El Paso from the north and nearly divide the city into two sections, the western half forming the beginnings of the Mesilla Valley and also the Nesatin Chapter. as stated above Nesatin means "At the Foot of the Mountain" and this can only refer to the Franklin Mountains.
